I am Valentin Dragomir and I love repairing watches and clocks.
I am a watchmaker with over 40 years of experience, a profession I chose out of passion. Over the years, I have repaired and restored thousands of timepieces, ranging from modern models to vintage watches of sentimental or collector's value.
In my workshop, every watch is treated with care, patience, and attention to detail. Whether it requires a simple service or a complex repair, my goal is to restore it to optimal working order while preserving its authenticity.

My warranty
I offer a 6-month warranty for any watch or clock I repair.
I am happy to offer you the best service and I guarantee 100% of the work I do. If a problem occurs during the 6-month warranty period, I will fix and replace the damaged parts of your watch at no extra cost to you.
All other rights arising from the incorrect operation of the watch are entirely excluded.
The warranty does not cover wear from normal use of the watch, damage caused by accidents or negligence, mechanical shocks, thermal shocks, submerging the watch in drinks, water or other liquids, internal moisture caused by a cracked glass and/or an unscrewed crown, the case, the strap, the bracelet, the lugs, the glass, or scratches on the glass or crystal.
The warranty is voided if anyone other than me has worked on the watch or clock.
Partial repairs are not covered by the warranty.
Normal tolerance for mechanical watches is between 0-50 seconds per day. Keep in mind that exposure to extreme conditions, such as temperature or magnetism, can affect the accuracy of the watch. For older watches, the tolerance is much higher due to the wear of the watch’s components.
What I can do for your watch
I can repair any mechanical or quartz watch, repair or replace movements, change glasses and crystals, replace crowns and chronograph pushers, repair and replace bracelets and straps, and do absolutely everything necessary for your watch to work perfectly.
General movement service
This means fully disassembling the movement, cleaning, lubricating and reassembling it. Quartz movements get a new battery. Any part that needs replacing is fitted during reassembly. The movement is regulated.
If necessary, the lugs are replaced.
Your watch is tested for accuracy and correct operation for 72 hours.
The general movement service is guaranteed for 6 months.
Glass replacement
The glass can be replaced with acrylic (plexi) or mineral glass. Difficult, special shapes are not a problem and are made from acrylic.
New crown
If the crown used to wind the watch is bent or damaged, winding the watch may cause internal damage. A new crown restores the watch to its original shape and ensures dust and water resistance.
Bracelet or strap repair
If the clasp on the bracelet or strap is broken, I can replace it with another one. If pins from the bracelet have been lost, I can replace them.
Battery replacement
I replace any type of watch battery using only quality Japanese or Swiss batteries. Any battery I replace comes with a 6-month warranty.
I also carry batteries for car remotes. If you have to get closer and closer to your car for the remote to work, the battery may be weak. I can replace these batteries for you quickly.
Clock service
Repairing a clock involves checking the play of each wheel and bearing and restoring them from a conical or oval shape back to circular, along with fully disassembling the movement. It often happens that when the mainspring breaks, teeth on the spring barrel and/or the next wheel also break. This is followed by manually cleaning each part of the movement with a small piece of wood, removing all the hardened oil that has become abrasive over time instead of lubricating. After this, another cleaning follows, the movement is reassembled, the necessary lubricant is applied, and the movement is tested for a week.
